Dataflex is a Canberra based technology intermediary operating across Government, Education and Corporate sectors.

As part of our overall restructure and rebranding, ckimage Consultancy was employed as a mentor for individual staff members and as a consultant to ensure our rebranding was more than skin deep. Dataflex like many Sales organisations relies of the adage, ”you don’t get a second chance for a first impression” Carol came on board to assist with that. If it was how to behave on a golf course, or how to engage in polite conversation all was covered depending on individual requirements.

From a business owners perspective the engagement has been a great success, moreover from a staff perspective they will all testify that it has been a rewarding and positive experience in something that many of us take for granted.

ckimage’s presentation to my staff was eye opening and enjoyable. Carol’s presentation was a no-nonsense approach that addressed a number of sensitive issues I had with staff presentation. Being a small firm it was hard to address the principles of ‘corporate image’ without the risk offending staff.

Carol’s easy to follow presentation explained the need for corporate standards and how easy it was to attain. My staff was totally absorbed and the result has been a huge improvement from all staff members in relation to their presentation with a new dress code policy provided by Carol being accepted and applied by everyone.
